Operating as a GAF Master Elite certified roofing company in the Greater New Orleans area, we offer warranties for both residential and commercial.
There are two types of warranties we offer: manufacturer warranties and workmanship warranties.
Manufacturer Warranties:
Manufacturer warranties (GAF as a preferred manufacturer) cover defects in materials and are usually offered by the manufacturer of the roofing materials.
These warranties provide coverage for issues such as leaks, fading, and damage caused by severe weather.
Workmanship Warranties:
Workmanship warranties cover the installation of the roofing materials and are offered by Above All Construction LLC.
We offer a warranty for 2, 5, and 10 years. These warranties provide coverage for issues regarding workmanship.
It is important to note that roofing warranties do not cover damage caused by neglect, abuse, or natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and floods. Additionally, most warranties require regular maintenance and inspections in order to remain valid, so it is important to follow the manufacturer's and contractor's recommendations for maintenance and care.
Gold Pledge & Silver Pledge
The Golden and Silver GAF Pledge are roofing warranties offered by the GAF corporation, one of the largest roofing manufacturers in North America. These warranties provide homeowners with additional protection and peace of mind in the event of a roofing issue.
The Golden Pledge warranty is the highest level of warranty offered by GAF. It is a 50-year, non-prorated warranty that covers both the roofing materials and the installation workmanship. To qualify for the Golden Pledge warranty, the roofing installation must meet specific GAF requirements, including the use of GAF materials and the installation by a GAF Master Elite Contractor.
The Silver Pledge warranty is a 25-year, non-prorated warranty that covers both the roofing materials and the installation workmanship. It is a more affordable option than the Golden Pledge warranty and also requires the use of GAF materials and the installation by a GAF Master Elite Contractor.
Both the Golden and Silver GAF Pledge warranties provide homeowners with added protection against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. They also provide coverage for tear-off and disposal costs in the event of a warranty claim.
It's important to note that these warranties are only available through GAF-certified contractors, which Above All Construction LLC is.
While asphalt shingles are a popular roofing material for many homes, they may not be appropriate for every situation. The most common scenario in which asphalt shingles may not be the best choice is Low Sloped Roofs: Asphalt shingles are not suitable for low-sloped roofs. They require a minimum slope of 2:12 (9.5 degrees) to prevent water from seeping under the shingles and causing damage.

The cost of a new roof can vary widely depending on several factors, such as the size and pitch of the roof, the type of materials used, the location of the property, and the complexity of the roof's design as well as labor costs.
As a rough estimate, a standard 2,000-square-foot asphalt shingle roof can cost between $6,000 and $10,000, while a metal roof can cost between $8,000 and $14,000. A tile or slate roof can cost between $15,000 and $30,000 or more.
It's important to note that these are only rough estimates and that the actual cost of a new roof can vary significantly based on the factors mentioned above.
We will estimate the roof and suggest the most optimal solution.
